First Pour is a cocktail recipe app. This policy explains, plainly, what happens to your data — which is very little, because almost nothing leaves your device.

Data we collect

None. First Pour does not collect, transmit, or have access to any personal data, usage data, or analytics of any kind. There is no account to create, no sign-in, and no network connection required to use the app.

Where your data lives

Everything you do in First Pour — recipes you add or edit, favorites, custom base spirits or glasses you create — is stored locally on your device only, using Apple's on-device SwiftData framework. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is never sent to us or any third party, because we have no server that receives it
• Is only accessible to you, on your device
• Is removed permanently if you delete the app

Third parties

First Pour does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. No data is shared with anyone, because none is collected in the first place.

Children's privacy

First Pour does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information at all.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of the app adds an optional feature that involves data collection — this page will be updated and the "Effective date" above will change accordingly.
